As a founding board member of IPMG and a senior production music industry executive, Einar is a principle figure in the international production music community.

In 2018, he founded APL Publishing, an independent production library based in the Nordics providing music to key global broadcasters and production companies.

More recently, he co-founded AIMS API, the leading AI-powered musicsearch and tagging specialist- designed specifically for the production music industry and NRG Agency, a neighbouring rights collection agency, collecting royalties for production music writers and artists.

His ambition is to apply technology solutions to improve operational processes to allow sync agencies and production music libraries to focus on business development and growth.
